Research Your Business Idea

- Company Registration Form (Form CR1)
- Memorandum (Form CR2)
- Notice of Residential Address of Director(s) of Company (Form CR8)
- Statement of Nominal Capital (Stamp Duty Form)
When the company documents have been generated, you’ll need to have it signed by each director, then Company Registry will process them and issue a certificate of incorporation and CR12 Letter.
