Company Name Change – What You Need To Know

If you have an eCitizen account, you should be able to request for the company name change.

If you have an eCitizen account, visit this link – https://ag.ecitizen.go.ke/index.php/dashboard and log in using your login details, then click on “Make an Application” option.

Under Company Registration, you will see the option for “06. Request for Change of Particulars – COMPANY NAME”, click on it and follow the instructions.

IMPORTANT! Please contact eCitizen / Company Registry (+254202227461) and ask if that service is still valid since they have migrated their eCitizen system from the AG (https://ag.ecitizen.go.ke/) to BRS (https://brs.ecitizen.go.ke/).

eCitizen changes Ksh. 4,050 for the change of company name.
