10 Second Rule in Websites
If your business has a website, customers need to absorb as much information in that first 10 seconds of their visit before they reach their “should I stay or should I go decision”. The colours of your websites could be a determining factor of whether the customer stays or leaves. In any case, you need to make sure that harmony of the colours are done correctly.
During the 10-second rule, the user tend to check if it is pleasing to read your business website. Most users tend to judge a website using the 10-second rule where if they don’t get attracted to your site within that time frame then they usually close it and move on.
