African Media Start-ups To Pitch Their Business Ideas To Venture Capitalist

In 2012, a platform will be created for African media start-ups to pitch their business ideas and opportunities to Venture Capitalist (VCs) and other potential investors. The following are the participating VCs:

  • Media Ventures Fund
  • 88 mph
  • InvestQ Capital
  • AfricaInvest
  • Acumen Fund
  • Speed Capital

The sign-up fee for start-ups or SMEs in groups of 3 who want to present their investment proposition is Ksh10,000/$120 and Ksh5,000 for individuals who wish to pitch their business concepts and secure funding.

This fee also includes free delegate registration plus conference documents, free parking and free access to the all the AITEC Conference and Seminars during the two days event.
