3 Most Important People Whom You Need In Business!

At the beginning of my business life, i have been running my businesses all by myself and it had been very difficult journey. Let’s be sincere, you can’t be successful just by yourself. People need people.

It reached a point in my business where i said, enough is enough. So i embarked on a journey to find answers on ways of improving my entrepreneurial life and achieve my vision for my businesses.

So i decided to get 3 people in my life that were going to help me and guide me. I have listed the 3 types of people whom i currently have in my entrepreneurial journey and i can tell you, my businesses has transformed beyond my expectation;

1.) Mentor – Someone who can be a wise and trusted guide and advisor! It is recommended that you need to get someone who understand your business or industry. As Robert Kiyosaki once said that if you want to become a mechanic then you need to hang around with other mechanics.

2.) Lighting Rod - Someone who you can relive all of your negative reactions and serves to distract attention from another. You can ask someone who is able to cool you down and not incite you even more when having challenges in business!

3.) Accountable Partner – Someone who really has authority in your business and doesn’t fear to tell you the harshest truth (also known as positive criticism) when needed!
