Halo,

I have an inquiry to make about about upgrading my consultancy business to a ltd company. I am currently using an approved business name but it cannot transact widely.
Can I maintain the name as it is and but be upgraded? What would be the procedure and cost?
Please give me this details and I will give you the work of registering it.

When forming a company, you will need to sign the generated company document – Form CR1, Form CR2, Form CR8 and Nominal Capital. In the new eCitizen system, you do not need to have MOA or AOA since there is a default version already in the system, you simply just need to adopt it in your company registration application.
