If you had registered your KRA PIN using iTax, the system should have sent you the username and password to your email address that you had entered during your application.

You will need to check your email inbox or spam folder so you can try and retrieve your KRA PIN.

In the event you didn’t get the password on your email, you can try and visit the iTax official website – https://itax.kra.go.ke and enter your PIN number and when prompted for a password, you can go for the ‘forgot my password’ option.

However, if you have completely forgotten your KRA PIN number and you had registered your KRA PIN offline, then you will need to visit KRA offices with your original ID and they should be able to help you. Or you can also contact KRA via email ([email protected], [email protected]) and request them to resend it to you via iTax system if you had registered for it online. You might be required to attach your copy of ID to prove your identity on that email communication.
