yuMobile continued its roll-out of new-look Relationship Centres with the opening of its first upcountry facility in Kisumu city.
The outlet located at Swan Centre along Oginga Odinga Street will offer a range of services such as internet/data settings, postpaid activation, bill payments, selling of prepaid lines, airtime, modems and handset sales.
Speaking at the launch event, Country Manager Madhur Taneja said, “We are delighted to open our first upcountry customer relationship centre here in Kisumu City. yuMobile commitment is to have a presence in every major town across the country to ensure that all our customers enjoy that unequivocal service they have come to expect from us.”
“The centre is a resource uniquely designed to ensure that our growing customer base in this region gets access to personalized services from our dedicated team. Located at a convenient location we look forward to providing our customers the convenience of getting services from us at the same time carry out their day to day activities.
He added “As part of our commitment to give customers value for their money, last week we rolled out emergency airtime credit facility which gives our active pre-paid subscribers access to emergency airtime when they need it, which they can then pay later.”
Customers who visit the center will also have access to a free calls booth, a service that allows yuMobile subscribers to make free yu to yu calls, free phone charging and also free downloads at the data experience corner.
yuMobile expansion plan is in tandem with its vision of strengthening its presence and market share across the country as they strive to ensure easy accessibility to its services and products.
