Learning From Our Mistakes!
When we were registering Fenesi at the Company Registry, we performed several search with no success. We spent so much money attempting to register the name “Fenesi”, “Fenesi Ltd.”, but it all got rejected.
At this stage, you might feel like giving up when you see the red marks on your search results from Company Registry. So I won’t blame you if you feel like giving up at this stage, we almost did, we are all humans!
The Good news is that you don’t have to give up just yet because I will tell you the blunders/mistakes we made, so you can learn from them and hopefully it will save your time and money.
Avoid General or Obvious Business Name
In order to have a high success rate and save money, make sure your name is not general. For example; try using more than one letter word, like Fenesi Continental Ltd. or Fenesi Solutions Ltd. The mistake I did was to perform the name search using one letter word like “Fenesi“. That name got rejected!
Avoid using obvious names that have probably already been registered such as like Kingdom Investment Ltd, Safari Tours & Travel Ltd.[quotes]Don’t use the name of the country at the beginning of your name e.g. Kenya Tennis Coaching Ltd. It will be rejected. Instead, you have more chances if you put it like this; “Tennis Coaching (Kenya) Ltd”. [/quotes]
