I am looking for some advice that I cannot find on websites. I am a British citizen currently working in Kenya and I have a year left on my 2 year work permit. I am looking at starting a business with a friend of mine from work who is a Kenyan national. We are wanting to set up a private limited company. Will were wandering if we would still be required to put up the $100,000 dollars because I am not a Kenyan national or if it would only be subject to normal procedures as there is a Kenyan as a director?
